Extra time

If the repair takes longer, each additional half-hour is 30 €. I’ll tell you before continuing so there are no surprises.
Motor replacement
230–280 €
Includes new Somfy motor, full installation, alignment and limit setup. Most complete replacements in Coto Real fall between 230 and 280 €, depending on shutter size and the exact motor model.
No extra charge for evenings or weekends. Priority for neighbours in Coto Real; I can also visit nearby urbanisations in La Duquesa and Manilva.
